UK Delivery

 

• P&P is included in the price of your order.
   

• For postcard and greetings cards - all orders are posted using Royal Mail standard 2nd class.

• For loose and mounted prints - all orders are posted using Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For (insured up to £50)

• For Originals - All orders are posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm (insured up to £500).

• From dispatch allow 3-5 working days for delivery (subject to Royal Mail efficiency).
   

International Delivery

 

• Please contact me to discuss international postage.   I will calculate the best value postage and e-mail you an invoice for the total order amount which you can pay using PayPal or credit/debit card.

 

• From dispatch allow 5-20 days for delivery (subject to which destination country and postal service efficiency)  At this current time it is not possible to post to certain countries but please contact me to discuss.

 

• All orders will be posted using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed.
   

Shipping & Handling

We send out orders as soon as possible from your date of ordering.  We only hold a small level of stock and so we may need to place an order for you.  Please allow between 7-14 days for us to dispatch your order where this is the case. We will e-mail you when we have dispatched to you.

Damage Or Loss Reporting

You must inform us within two working days if your order is lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem.

 

Please quote your order number in all correspondence.  Please take photographs of the package and contents (and keep it all) if damaged to assist in our joint claim process.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders
 

As described above in shipping and handling it may be necessary to place an order for your purchase.  If this is the case we will send you a notification of this.  You will always be given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

International Tax Charges
 

All agreed international orders may be subject to local taxes and duties which will be paid locally by you on arrival in your country.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Distance Selling Regulations.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days.

 

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example if goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly described. In this instance we will arrange the safe return or disposal of the items.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to the minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
